Biography
New Beginnings Shih Tzu and Friends rescue is an all-volunteer non-profit organization with members in the Midwest who work together to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome Shih Tzu and Shih Tzu mixes in need. We also extend our help to other small dogs as we are able, so you never know what surprises you'll find here!
